If you not agree with SGCSM /Sanjay Gandhi Computer Sanksharta Mission that you can write a email to data@sgcsmindia.org for cancellation of your application. If you give franchise from your institute then your franchise will be cancelled without any notice. If you issue your certificates by creating your website or you issue the certificate using the name of SGCSM or SGCSM Code or Logo.
Once you made payment for franchise activation it’s not refundable in any case. Payment made for student registration fee also not refundable.
A. The Distance form One Institute to another will be 6 Kilometres inside the Village & 2 kilometre in the Urban area. Confirm that there are no Other Study Centre in your area before sending the registration form. If found, the 2nd Centre franchise will be cancelled & no more amount will be refunded. If a Centre wants to expand is Distance, it can call the given Number and get all Information. If any of our study centre is running in any location, no centre can open a centre with the same name till its 6 kilometres. If anyone is found doing this then the 2nd centre will be closed forever. If any study centre steals any registered trademark and uses it, then its centre will also be closed without any prior notice. If you have taken a franchise from SGCSM and are working with another franchise, or if SGCSM opens another franchise in your location, the distance rule will no longer be applicable in your area.
B. If you Centre (Branch Name, Centre Name) is Registered with the name of SGCSM, then you Can’t Work from Taking Franchises someone else by this Name & no one can register any type of any other Institution/organization by this Name. If anyone found to do so, Legal Action will be taken against him.
No one can issue their certificates in the name of SGCSM, all the certificates that will be issued by the head office & You also cannot issue your own certificate using the name of SGCSM (If anyone is found doing this, legal action will be taken against him.
